The United States Army, also known as the United States Military[1], is one of the five divisions of the Armed Forces of the United States of America. It is the land warfare service branch of the United States Armed Forces.
History
World War I
From 1917 to 1918, the United States Army (including Steve Trevor) participated in World War I, and was aided by Wonder Woman.[2]
Superman's Surrender
In 2013, Kal-El surrendered himself to the United States Army after they took Lois Lane into custody, in order to turn him over to General Zod. Kal-El's surrender was conditional on Lane's release. Notably, it was the United States Army that gave Kal-El the nickname "Superman".[3]
