The United States Army, also known as the United States Military[1], is one of the five divisions of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, serving as its land warfare service branch.
History
World War I
From 1917 to 1918, the United States Army (including Steve Trevor) participated in World War I, and was aided by Wonder Woman.[2]
Superman's Surrender
In 2013, Kal-El surrendered himself to the United States Army after they took Lois Lane into custody, in order to turn him over to General Dru-Zod. Kal-El's surrender was conditional on Lane's release. Notably, it was the United States Army that gave Kal-El the nickname "Superman".[3]
