Reuniting with the White Dragon[]
- "Holy shit. Look who it is."
- ―Steve[src]
Steve joined the Aryan Empire for his hatred of African-Americans, idolizing their leader Auggie Smith, known as the White Dragon, eventually being imprisoned in the Evergreen Corrections Center. While he was playing cards with his fellow inmates, Steve noticed Auggie Smith being detained. As Smith demanded a seat from another inmate, Steve and a few others watched and then saluted Smith and declare their loyalty to the White Dragon.[1]
Fighting Adrian Chase[]
- "Who the fuck are you?"
- ―Steve to Adrian Chase[src]
During August Smith’s stay at the Evergreen Corrections Center, Steve and members of the Aryan Empire had fun with their leader, listening to racist stories, before Smith was called in for a visit from his son. At lunchtime, Steve and the Aryans continued to tell stories until interrupted by Adrian Chase, who mocked them, speaking well of African-Americans, angering Steve, who asked who he was. After being humiliated by Chase, Steve tried to punch Chase but instead had his face smashed into the metal chair.[2]
Attack on the Evergreen Police Department[]
A few days later, Auggie Smith was released from prison, but shortly thereafter, Steve and the prisoners were infected by the Butterflies to have an army of humans, with Steve being killed in the process, joining the officers of the Evergreen Police Department, who were also possessed by the Butterflies. Steve’s Butterfly met with Queen Eek Stack Ik Ik and the others, smiling macabre as they walked from the police station.[3]
Legacy[]
Following Eek Stack Ik Ik’s plans, Steve’s Butterfly and the the other Butterflies headed to the Coverdale Ranch, where they began to pull various teleportation objects out of their trucks, taking them under the barn of the ranch to teleport the Cow to another cave outside the country. At night, Steve’s Butterfly was waiting for the notice from Eek Stack Ik Ik until he found a bag with a Peacemaker's Helmet, alerting the other Butterflies of the bag belonging to John Economos, revealing he was an infiltrator, causing him to be followed. Steve’s Butterfly realized that the helmet was shining just when Leota Adebayo activated it, killing him in a explosion that destroyed the barn.[4]
