History[]
Raid of the Noble Diamond[]
In mid-1984, a group of ten men disguised themselves as deliverymen and pushed a cart of what they claimed were rocks for the Hall of Geology's new display. The cart actually contained machine guns, which they used to break the Noble Diamond's case to steal it. Wonder Woman, with unexpected help from members of her tour group, stopped the robbery and captured the would-be thieves. The diamond was safely returned to Dr. Thomas, a representative of the museum.[1]
