The Siberian Black Site is a secret facility run by a mercenary group within the region of Siberia. They worked with a group of scientists, who likely experimented on captives in the facility.
History[]
Capturing Kara Zor-El[]

After being sent to Earth from Krypton in a starcraft similar to Kal-El's, Kara-Zor-El crash landed in Russia. A group of Siberian Mercenaries from the black site would later find it and hold her captive.[1]
Rescue of Supergirl[]
Years later, Batman along with Barry Allen and his counterpart would travel to the black site in hopes of finding Kal-El. The 3 would make an entrance from a vertical tunnel in the facility, with the 2 Barrys climbing down from a latter while Batman glided from an upper floor and took down quite a number of the mercenaries. They then made their way to the cell Kal-El was supposedly in, but would discover it was instead a weak Kara Zor-El in which they still took her and tried leaving. During their escape, a group of the mercenaries followed and attacked them, forcing the 3 to go a different direction. After finally exiting the interior of the site, they would again be surrounded by the Russians once more, but this time Supergirl would wake up and help them finish off the soldiers before passing out from exhaustion.[1]
