S.T.A.R. Labs was a scientific research organization that was controled by Doctor Cyber.
History[]
On an alternate Earth where Wonderous Serena operated, a S.T.A.R. Labs controlled by Doctor Cyber created retribution robots known as Retrobots, however they would become corrupt, arresting their population, eventually creating a portal that would allow them to travel to Earth-1 to invade. However, the invasion plans were stopped by Wonderous Serena and her companions who managed to catch Doctor Cyber, forcing her to reprogram the retrobots and free the prisoners.[1]
