This woman was the wife of United States Senator Royland Goff. Like her husband, son, and daughter, she became a Butterfly. During the A.R.G.U.S. mission Project Butterfly, Mrs. Goff and her two kids were killed by Vigilante while in the dining room of their house.

Project Butterfly[]
- "Goff may be traveling with his family. We don't know yet whether or not his wife and children are butterflies. If so... you'll have to kill all of 'em."

United States Senator Royland Goff became a target of assassination for A.R.G.U.S. during Project Butterfly, and the team led by Clemson Murn tasked Peacemaker with taking out Goff and potentially his family as well should they turn out to be Butterflies like him.
On the night of the assassination, Goff and his family arrived at their residence. As they entered the house she ordered the bodyguard to stay outside the house. While they acted like a normal family at first, their demeanor changed, and they dropped the pretense of being a playful family once they were out of the sight of their bodyguard.

Some hours later, the family arrived in the dining room, and Mrs. Goff began pouring honey-colored goo into bowls. They all sat down and started eating the goo from strange purple tubes that came out from their mouths. Murn ordered Peacemaker to take the shot with his Barrett M82, but he was too nervous and was unable to. Vigilante took over and killed the Goff family for him except for Royland, as he was interrupted by Judomaster.[1]
