Biography
Ron Troupe once wrote an article called "BATMAN OR SUPERMAN?".[1]
Ron Troupe headed to the Park Metropolis Downtown's Royal Penthouse Suite to interview Lex Luthor for fifteen minutes. He talked to him about the emergence of superheroes such as Superman and Batman, and Lex spoke to him of his global interests, which he subtly implied had been hindered by ARGUS.[2]
