"Would you say you’re a man who’s always gotten what he wants?"
"Nice pivot. Here’s mine: What I want is to leave the planet in better shape for the next generation. To make the world and its children safer. I want it. And I bet you do too, Ron."
―Ron Troupe and Lex Luthor[src]

Ronald "Ron" Troupe is a journalist for the magazine Wired and a contributor to the Daily Planet.

Working for Daily Planet[]

Ron Troupe once wrote an article called "BATMAN OR SUPERMAN?" for the Daily Planet.[1]

Interview with Lex Luthor[]

"If I didn’t know better, I’d think billionaire tech wunderkind Lex Luthor was trying to intimidate me."
―Ron Troupe[src]

Ron Troupe headed to the Park Metropolis Downtown's Royal Penthouse Suite to interview Lex Luthor for fifteen minutes in honor of Luthor's upcoming Lex/OS release. He talked to him about the emergence of superheroes such as Superman and Batman, and Lex spoke to him of his global interests, which he subtly implied had been hindered by A.R.G.U.S.. The interview was published in text format by WIRED, titled "Lexical Analysis".[2][3]

"We should all be careful when we elevate anyone, human or alien, to “super” status."
"Because we’re all equal."
