After losing his powers at the hands of Billy Batson, the evil Thaddeus Sivana was put in a prison cell in Rock Falls Penitentiary, Rock Falls. He manically doodled the symbols to his portal all over the wall until he was interrupted by Mister Mind, who told him of the pillars of evil that will come together and that the seven realms of magic would be under their control.[1]
