Ralph Corcoran was a man who was targeted to be killed by Deadshot.
Biography[]
Ralph Corcoran resided with his family in Paris, France. When he visited Gotham City, Floyd Lawton was tasked with assassinating Corcoran; one night, Deadshot sat on a rooftop to fire his rifle at Corcoran's window. When Corcoran approached the window, Deadshot heard him holding a child in his mistress, encouraging him to finally shoot and terrorizing the family.[1]
