Port Adams, also known as Port Adams Dock, is a docking port on the Lower East Side of Gotham City.
The port is home to commercial fishermen who offload their freshly netted catches to restaurant wholesalers.[2]
History[]
During the annual St. Patrick's Day Festival in Gotham City, Gothamites flock to the Port Adams docks and raise a glass to the city's Irish immigrants, turning the port green. This tradition has been going on for over a century, though the festival itself was first celebrated in 1799.[3][4]
Behind the Scenes[]
- Port Adams is a recurring Gotham City location in DC Comics.

- ↑ Time Out Shortlist Gotham and Metropolis states that the crowds that fill the blocks near Port Adams during the St. Patrick's Day Festival have been doing so "for over a century". Since the book was published (in-universe) shortly before the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which takes place in 2015, it can be deduced that Port Adams was *at least* built before 1905.
