Search for Atlantis
In 1941, a Peruvian diving team began testing diving depths off the coast of the Mediterranean. Due to the onset of World War II, however, the diving team soon ran out of financial sponsors, forcing them aground.[1]

Discovery of the Enchantress
June Moone, an archaeologist, explored the Tres Osos Caves and discovered a tomb containing an artifact containing an ancient inter-dimensional entity known as Enchantress. The artifact containing Enchantress' brother, Incubus, was also contained in this tomb. June thus became possessed by Enchantress.[2][3] When the government organization A.R.G.U.S. learned of June's condition, they took her in for debriefing and immediately dispatched assets to secure the Peruvian site.[4] Both the artifact containing Enchantress and Incubus were then retrieved.[5]
