In 1873, a giant squid that spanned over 20 feet was caught off the coast of Newfoundland.[1]

In 2018, Newfoundland was one of many locations targeted by the Atlanteans, resulting in marine waste and pollution floating around in the coastal waters and several warships beached onto land.[2]
