"Muscle Man" was one of the members of the Joker's gang. He was part of the crew who broke Joker out of Arkham Asylum. He wore a muscle anatomy costume.

Assault on Arkham Asylum[]
During the Assault on Arkham Asylum, Muscle Man stood guard over Joker's torture of Harley Quinn, but was shot from behind before the torture began - presumably by Arkham Asylum security.[1]
