The Metropolis Metros are a professional basketball team in Metropolis. They play home games at the AmerTek Arena, which they share with the Metropolis Mammoths.[1]

Babrius Aesop was known to take Rory Greeley to several Metros games before Aesop was committed to Arkham Asylum. Rory was known to own at least one Metros t-shirt.[2] On at least one occasion, the Metropolis Metros beat the Gotham Guardsmen, with a final score of 102–86.[3] Around 2015, the Metros were known to have won a game with 191 points after a triple overtime. The Daily Planet covered the game, noting it in their sports section.[4]
