Maria Powers is the owner of the Powers Hotel in the Upper East Side of Gotham City. She is a member of the wealthy Powers family.

Maria Powers eventually came to be the owner of the Powers Hotel on the Upper East Side of Gotham City. She went on to operate the hotel and art gallery.[1]
