Leon was a homeless person who lived on the streets of Washington, D.C. in 1984.

Life in 1984[]
While living on the streets of Washington, D.C., Leon became friendly with Barbara Minerva around early 1984[2], who would occasionally bring him warm food on her way home. This continued until Barbara made a wish on the Dreamstone that granted her extraordinary powers, but also took her warmth, encoldening her to Leon.[3]
