Ladon was Kalypso's pet, the guardian of the Golden Apple, and the chief enforcer of Kalypso, as it wasn't really loyal to the other two sisters Anthea and Hespera. At first Kalypso ordered the guards to throw Freddy Freeman and Shazam into a dark pit where, under Kalypso's guidance, Ladon was supposed to eat them alive. However, Anthea helped them escape the creature's wrath. Ladon later sided with Kalypso during the final battle becoming her right hand and personal assistant. It was going to kill Anthea and Freddy, but Shazam lured it, along with Kalypso, to a high spot in which Hespera would generate a force field trapping Shazam and Kalypso. the dragon tried to fly out with Kalypso, but it failed to escape. Ladon repeatedly spat fire at Shazam, trying to kill him for its master, though it failed. Shazam eventually killed it together with Kalypso.
Personality[]
Ladon was a sadistic and chaotic giant creature who served Kalypso at all costs, choosing her over her twosisters. Ladon is protective over the Golden Apple, but when becoming Kalypso's enforcer, it subverts this trait and does everything it can to conquer Earth with her.
Dragon physiology: As a massive dragon, Ladon is heavy enough to crush cars and trailers under his feet, demolish the entire Vasquez house with his body (simply by pushing his head through it and spreading his wings), and weigh down the canopy of a Citizens Bank Park.
Superhumanstrength: Very strong dragon to swat cars in the air and shove cars aside. He was also able to smash a whole bed between his jaws. He shakes the ground under his every footstep and also when he lands. Shazam however can stop him by pulling him by the tail.
Superhuman durability: Took attacks from Shazam and bullets seems to bounce off not show much pain.
Superhuman speed: Great speed to catch up Shazam but possibly Shazam might fly slower for dragon to be lured for his trap.
Superhuman agility: Seems to be able to dive well, great agility for flexibility of tail to be use to swing and can make turns in flight.
Superhuman stamina: Seems to have a lot of stamina to fly far distance most of dome that was created, take attacks from superhero family to continue further to fight and fly.
Flight: Can fly over tall buildings and possibly more altitude.

Fire breath: As a dragon, Ladon can blast fire for projectile damage from his mouth that is filled with magic effective enough to penetrate Shazam's suit durability. Also, as stated by Anthea, Ladon's fire breath possesses an ability to paralyze victims to their fears.
When Ladon walks around on the rooftop where he impales Hespera, he appears to crack the roof tiles around his paws with each step. However, when it is seen later, the rooftop is completely intact.
