War Kites were genetically and cybernetically enhanced creatures, which DNA also included a extinct aquatic species native of Krypton. They featured large membranous wings and were strong enough to carry an adult Kryptonian.[1]
History
Kara Zor-El owned a War Kite when she lived on Krypton.[2]
The Kryptonian War Kite H'Raka served Jor-El during his time as a member of the Kryptonian Thinker Guild until her death during the Kryptonian Civil War in 1980.[3]
