Kord Estate is a sprawling Kord family estate, home to Ted Kord's luxurious mansion before his disappearance. It is located on the outskirts of Palmera City.
History[]
Blue Beetle's Lair[]
In an area far from his business dealings in Palmera City, Ted Kord lived at the Kord Estate with his wife and daughter, Jenny Kord, and in secret, he created a cave to research the mysterious Khaji-Da scarab. The cave served as his base of operations for his vigilante activities as Blue Beetle, entering with the help of a special key kept in Kord Tower. After Kord's disappearance and the death of her mother, Jenny left the estate to operate Kord Industries.[1]
Jenny Kord's Return[]
In 2023, Jenny Kord returned to the Kord Estate with Jaime Reyes and Rudy Reyes to take them to the Bug Lair, where Cesar would research how to separate Reyes from Khaji-Da. Kord reminisced about her childhood and her mother's paintings, having a romantic moment with Reyes, before being interrupted by Cesar. At night, Reyes, Kord, and Cesar left the estate to return to the Reyes Residence, which was under attack by Victoria Kord. After the Battle at Pago Island, Kord decided to return to the farm for a while and see her mother's paintings, being taken by Reyes while wearing his armor.[1]
