Keeya Adebayo is a supportive but tired woman reluctantly dealing with her wife's new secretive government job.[2]
Biography[]
Early Life[]

Keeya was born as the daughter of Chuck and Lois, also having a sister. During her adulthood she met and then married Leota, who took her wife's surname as her own. The two then lived in Gotham City for some time where they founded a dog shelter adopting three dogs. Eventually, the dog shelter lost funding, causing Leota and Keeya to lose their jobs. In need of a new job, Leota's mother, Amanda Waller oferred her daughter to join a ragtag assassination team led by mercenary Clemson Murn to take down the Butterflies' invasion, which she accepted, with the couple having to move to Evergreen.[3]

Arrival at the Apartment[]

Adebayo arrives at the Overview Lofts Suites apartment.
Leota and Keeya excitedly arrived to the Overview Lofts Suites apartment with their dogs and bags, and Leota sat in an armchair to converse with Keeya, informing her that if they had a girl, she would like her to be called Octopussy, or Sharknedo if it was a guy. This made Keeya giggle, and she went to stand up for herself, telling her that she would rather have a boy because her parents wouldn't appreciate having a granddaughter named Octopussy.
Leota and Keeya share a kiss.
Keeya was quiet for a moment while Leota asked her what was going on, and Keeya mentioned that she was worried that the job was too dangerous but Leota told her to relax and that it was just to have a salary and as soon as they got savings they would go back home. Keeya was glad to hear that and proceeded to passionately kiss Leota, until she received a message from Murn notifying her that Peacemaker had left the hospital, making her go to her work and say goodbye to Keeya. During the night, Leota was called by her mother, once it ended, Keeya asked her if Waller was trying to convince her to join A.R.G.U.S. again to which Leota replied affirmatively.[3]

Keeya talks to Leota during the dinner.
Keeya and Leota were sleeping on her apartment when they were woken up by Emilia Harcourt who knocked hard on her window, asking Leota to drive to rescue Peacemaker from Wild Estates Apartment Complex. Later, while they ate, Leota told Keeya that she would start having more hours at work while she suggested what they could do, so Keeya left the table annoyed while Leota tried to convince her that it wasn't so terrible.[4] To avoid danger, they decided to stay in different hotels, where, missing Leota, Keeya tried sexting to spice up their marriage by sending her a photo of her vagina through WhatsApp. To Leota's humiliation, a picture of Keeya's privates got mixed into her mission briefing on her tablet.[5]
Worrying about Leota[]

Days later, when Leota got ready to go to work, Keeya knocked on her apartment door, showing her annoyance since Leota ignored her calls, so Leota in a hurry said that she was working and had to go again at that point, when Keeya asked if she was in danger Leota said no, Keeya reminded her to be grateful for taking the job but feeling like she was choosing it over their relationship, Leota told her that it wasn't true but she really should go to work, so she quickly kissed her goodbye and left.[1]

The next day during the night, Leota met Keeya and lay down tired on the sofa while Keeya caressed her, apologizing to Keeya as she told her that it was no problem. When Leota mentioned that her mother forced her to do something to her, she explained feeling very bad for betraying Chris Smith, reflecting on what she did as she knew things that Waller didn't, but regardless of the decision she makes, she would be betraying someone, getting frustrated at feeling unable to do the job. Keeya advised her to leave the job since she didn't owe anyone, when Leota asked how they would get money, Keeya said that they would find another way out, convincing Leota return to Gotham City, Leota then fell asleep on the sofa as Keeya hugged her in comfort.[6]
Leaving Evergreen[]
- "Uh, babe, I just saw an eagle hug a human. Maybe... maybe it's a sign."

The next morning, Keeya and Leota were packing up to leave their apartments and return to Gotham City, with Keeya leaving Evergreen as she sent calls out to her wife, with no answer. Leota later called Keeya telling her surprised that she had seen an eagle hug a human, feeling that it was a sign that she should return to the mission, Keeya understood Leota's decision to return and both said goodbye ending the call.[7]
A New Life[]

Leota and Keeya have a passionate kiss.
Leota Adebayo and her team successfully defeated the Butterflies at the Coverdale Ranch, with Leota publicly exposing her mother to the press about the Task Force X. Keeya returned to her apartment in Overview Lofts Suites and excitedly received her, deciding to stay in Evergreen, Keeya greeted her very happy to see her again, as they kissed passionately for having returned to their normal lives.[8]
Personality[]
Keeya was very supportive of her wife, worrying for her safety as she believed the Project Butterfly mission was too dangerous after Leota didn't answer her calls. Keeya comforted Leota when she felt bad about betraying Peacemaker, explaining that she didn't owe anyone anything, motivating her to quit her job and that they would eventually find another one. When Leota decided to return to her team to finish the mission, Keeya was very supportive and understanding, giving her enough motivation to face the Butterflies and expose her mother about Task Force X.
