Joss Whedon is an American director, producer, writer and composer. He co-wrote and directed reshoots on Justice League in 2017 after Zack Snyder decided to leave the project to deal with personal family issues.

He was slated to be the director and writer of the upcoming DCEU film Batgirl but stepped down, stating that he didn't feel like he would adequately complete the story.[1]
