Jay Oliva is a storyboard artist, film producer and animated film director. He storyboarded Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Wonder Woman, Justice League, and Zack Snyder's Justice League.

- Oliva also storyboarded scenes for The Flash under several different directors prior to Andy Muschietti's appointment as director for the project, as well as the original version of The Batman.
- Jay Oliva previously worked with Nathan Fillion on Justice League: Throne of Atlantis.
- A name plate marked "Jay Oliva: Sports Writer" can be seen on a cubicle wall next to a Gotham City football jersey at the Daily Planet in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
- Oliva also worked with Zack Snyder as a storyboard artist for 300: Rise of an Empire, Army of the Dead, and Rebel Moon, as well as a director and producer for Snyder's animated series, Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas and Twilight of the Gods.
- Oliva storyboarded and directed the Zack Snyder's Justice League homage in the Teen Titans Go episode, "365!" This episode also featured Zack Snyder and Patrick Wilson as themselves.
