Howard Jensen is a janitor working at S.T.A.R. Labs.
Biography[]
Work at S.T.A.R. Labs and kidnapping[]
During his time working at S.T.A.R. Labs, Howard was mopping the floors when Silas Stone, the head of the job, leaves and informed him the Red Room is all his.
Meanwhile, Howard was mopping the floor while whistling to himself. All of a sudden, he heard a crashing sound inside the Red Room. He then went in there to take a look inside the lab and saw a shadow of a creature growling behind the curtains. Howard opened the curtains and suddenly becomes terrified of what he saw; a parademon, who was alerted and kidnapped the janitor and the staff of S.T.A.R. Labs, and took them all to Gotham Harbor.[citation needed]
Rescued by the Justice League[]
Being interrogated by Steppenwolf under Gotham Harbor with the scientists of S.T.A.R. Labs, Howard was grabbed by the New God where he was attempting to beat information on the third Mother Box out of the Howard who claimed he and the other scientists have families, much to Steppenwolf's annoyance. He was then thrown onto the ground floor when Steppenwolf grabbed Silas Stone instead to demand the Mother Box's whereabouts.
Later, Cyborg and the rest of the Justice League came out from hiding and fought Steppenwolf. The Flash was tasked to get in and save the hostages, including Howard, and to help them escape.[1]
