Hob's Bay is a neighborhood on the east side of New Troy, Metropolis, on the coast of Hob's River.
History[]
Hob's Bay was once home to 19th century tenements, with some areas developing the derisive moniker of "Suicide Slum" by Metropolitans. After the Black Zero Event, the neighborhood became a more trendy area thanks to a transformation by LexCorp as part of their 'Simon Project', which provided refurbished low-income housing.[1]
