The bustier is one of Harley Quinn's many costumes and is stored in a box she kept at The Booby Trap.
When preparing to fight False Face Society, Harley Quinn suggested Renee Montoya to wear them to take care of her breasts. Later on, the bustier was proved to be useful as it saved Montoya from gunshots.[1]
