Hammersmith Tower, also known as simply the Hammersmith, is a clock-faced art deco skyscraper located in Midtown in the Metropolis borough of New Troy. Built in the 1930s, it is considered an icon of the city and was its tallest building for decades.[1][2][3][4]

Hammersmith Tower was built in the 1930s.[4] It was the tallest building in Metropolis for decades,[1] but was eventually surpassed by another building. Due to the devastation caused by the Black Zero Event, Hammersmith Tower was briefly the tallest building once again, prior to the construction of LexCorp Tower.[4]
