This man was the leader of the Gotham City Hunters, a criminal gang located in Gotham City, New Jersey.[1]
Biography[]
After receiving a phone alert of a $500,000 bounty on Cassandra Cain, who was in possession of the Bertinelli diamond, this man led his gang into the Gotham City Police Department following Harley Quinn's assault on the building, finding both Harley and Cassandra in the GCPD's evidence warehouse. He commanded his men to chase them down, and while Harley was tangled up in combat, he managed to capture Cassandra. Before he could escape with his bounty, however, Harley shot him in the head, killing him.[1]
