Template:Object The Fokker Eindecker was a German fighter plane used in World War I. Its most distinctive feature was that it had only one set of wings (Eindecker), which was unusual at the time. It was the first aircraft to be fitted with a synchronization gear, which would allow the pilot to fire a machine gun without through the arc of the propeller without striking it.
History
The Fokker Eindecker is first seen when Steve Trevor crashes a stolen one into the sea surrounding Themyscira. A naval fleet of German soldiers find the tail plane of the recently crashed plane. A couple are sighted at the Ottoman base where Doctor Poison is carrying out her research, in which Trevor, after taking the research notes, escapes in one and shoots down the rest.
