Linda J. Reed is an unemployed mother living in Gotham City who received $100,000 when Cyborg hacked into her bank records.
Biography[]
As he learned to use his mechanical parts to hack into the technology of the world, Cyborg briefly looked into Linda's life, viewing her nature and her struggles through the cameras at her workplace in Eli's Diner, the halls of her apartment complex in Gotham Gardens, and on the street. She didn't make much money, yet still offered her spare change to street musicians. She was a loving mother, but could no longer provide a home for her two children.
Seeing this play out before him, Cyborg followed her to an ATM, which he hacked into stating that it was giving her a bank prize of $100,000 from Gotham National Bank. He fiddled with the digital records to make it so, and her life was undoubtedly changed.[1]
