The Fashion District is an area of Midtown, Gotham City. It is known for being a nexus of haute couture clothing.[1] The area features boutiques of dress imports from places such as Paris and Milan and patchwork overcoats that can be tailored to one's measurements in under an hour.[2] Many stores in the Fashion District offer discount racks and sale tables that attract crowds of rummagers looking for a deal.[3]

- The Fashion District is a recurring Gotham City location in DC Comics media.
- During the Batman: No Man's Land comic series (1999–2000), the Fashion District was claimed by Black Mask and his False Face Society.
- In the TV series Gotham, the Fashion District appears on the map of Gotham City in several episodes. It was however never seen in the show.
- At the end of Batwoman (Volume 2) #31 (July 2014), Kate Kane takes a stroll through the Fashion District when she comes across her friend Evan Blake.
