Biography[]
Working for GBS Studios, Farooq Gibran developed a Blackout Chair capable of producing 5,000 volts of electricity, to euthanize those who sat on it, with several copies of this chair later sold online. When Barry Allen lost the Midnight Circus, he was put in the Blackout Chair, but ended up escaping and regaining his powers with the help of the Philosopher's Stone.[1]
