Evans Pretzel Factory, also known as Evans, is a pretzel factory located in the Metropolis borough of New Troy. The factory has an iconic "Evans" neon sign that usually glows electric blue but turns red whenever the 'pretzel blenders' have worked up a fresh batch for customers.[1]
