Ella Jay Basco (born September 17, 2006) is a young Korean/Filipino and American actress who portrayed Cassandra Cain in Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). As part of the promotion for the film, she reprised the role for the music video of the song "Sway with Me".
