E. B. Glover is a social worker.
Billy Batson goes to the address of Rachel M. Batson, thinking it was finally his mother. But it turns out to be a different person. The police catch up with him and take him to Ms. Glover, who tells Billy that the Vasquez family is willing to adopt him and he should give them a chance.
- E.B. Glover is intended to be the same as Osho's character Emma from Lights Out, David F. Sandberg's directorial debut.
- The smiley faces on her desk are a nod to the Watchmen comic series.
