Attack on Central City's Bank[]
When Captain Cold assaulted the Central City Bank, David Singh called Barry Allen to inform him about the bank robbery and how Captain Cold was kidnapping people, Allen recommended Singh to negotiate with him and that they solve it alone, but due to the police incompetence Allen finally decided to go solve it.[1]
Changed Timeline[]
When Barry Allen travelled back in time, he returned to the moment of the assault, when David Singh called Allen for the theft of Captain Cold, Allen let him know that Blue Beetle would take care of it, with this one quickly arriving to fight against him.[2]
