Daniel Pemberton is an English composer. He composed the soundtrack for Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn).

In interview regarding the film's score, he stated that he tried to blur the lines between song and score, and felt this was achieved particularly well with the tracks "Jokes On You" and "Danger, Danger." He also expressed that "great movie music is the stuff that feels unique to that movie."[1]


  • Daniel Pemberton also composed the soundtrack, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and is currently at work on music for the film's sequel.[1]
  • Daniel Pemberton also worked with Henry Cavill in The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
  • Pemperton is the second British composer to score a DCEU film, after Rupert Gregson-Williams.
