Clyrax[1] are small, jelly-like aquatic creatures that lived inside the Jotunheim facility in Corto Maltese.

Encounter with King Shark[]
King Shark looks at the clyrax
Nanaue encountered and attempted to befriend a tank of clyrax, pressing his hand on the glass as they swam towards him and formating into his likeness. After the Jotunheim explosion, the clyrax escaped during the flood and King Shark then realized they were hostile when they revealed razor sharp teeth under their "umbrellas" and tried to eat him alive. However, he was ultimately survived easily.[2]
