City Hall in Gotham City is located in the Old Gotham neighborhood.

City Hall offers tours of the building free of admission beginning at noon from Tuesdays through Thursdays.[1]
History[]
Construction of City Hall began in 1808 and was completed in 1819. There were delays to construction due to the War of 1812.[1]

- During the Old Gotham Carols event in mid December, hundreds of carolers gather on the steps of City Hall at sunset before bursting into song and making a two hour circuit of Old Gotham's streets.[2]
