Many taxis were operating outside of Filby's Café before the superhero Flash ran to the track to prepare to go to help Batman in Gotham City.[1]

A taxi took the Barrys to Gotham City, Wayne Manor.
Barry and his younger self passed close to 2 taxis before arriving at a bar where Dru-Zod would start to broadcast a message to the entire world. After this, the Barrys would set out to find Bruce Wayne who could help them find Superman so they would take a taxi from Central City to Gotham City, Wayne Manor.[1]

- It's unknow if the cabbie that took the Barrys to Gotham City was paid as it's never seen on screen, a run from Central City to Gotham wouldn't be cheap and neither of the Barrys seemed to have any money.
