Carlini's is an Italian restaurant located in the Metropolis borough of New Troy.

By 2015, Carlini's was one of the highest rated Italian ristorantes in all of Metropolis. The restaurant serves old-country favorites and dishes such as egg-vinegar ravioli and 23 different varieties of stuffed sausages. An adjacent bakery to Carlini's offers takeout of baked goods like cannoli.[1]

- Carlini's is probably a reference to Ceasar Carlini, a Metropolis crime boss that appears in Superman: The Animated Series.
