Plot[]
Captain Cold activated his Cold Gun mentioning how he retrieved a variant from the lost and found department of the Midnight Circus, Allen asked Cold about Iris West and he revealed that it was just him creating an allusion in the Mirror World, where he confessed that despite her betraying him he still considered him his best roommate, Allen tried to convince him not to kill him but Cold was finally hit by Iris West with her whip, knocking him out and escaping the labyrinth, Allen asked West what he would do if he escaped without her being safe, and with Allen continuing with his plan to recreate his original transformation to regain his powers and return to his universe, explaining to West his powers, with her mentioning that with or without powers, she thought he was an awesome guy and that the original Iris West must think the same.
At the cliff, Barry Allen found a door that they assumed was the exit, assuming that this was goodbye and only one could win, with Allen proposing to open the door and use Captain Cold's Cold Gun to freeze the guards, take Cat Grant hostage and demand a helicopter to travel to a lab and regain their powers, but West let him know that it wasn't going to work, proposing another way to assault the Midnight Circus, however West told him that it wasn't going to work and that it had been tried before and always failed, and that only one could survive. Allen offered West to go out first, but West insisted on flipping a coin and was eventually convinced, West thanked him, said goodbye and gave him Doctor Alchemy's Philosopher's Stone which he could use for it.
Iris West came out first becoming the winner of the Midnight Circus and Barry Allen came out second, so a video conference of President Murmur was shown to say goodbye to Barry Allen, Allen was finally stopped and would be euthanized by a blackout chair made by Farooq Gibran, realizing that it had electricity, when Allen was going to be killed the chair exploded allowing Barry Allen to escape and regain his powers, Cat Grant tried to call security but Allen stopped them, using the Speed Force again to travel back in time.
Allen returned to his universe at the time of therapy, celebrating for having escaped and confusing Colin and Iris West, who asked him to return to the topic of conversation and then saw him cry, Allen apologized to West for not paying attention and confessed his feelings, being comforted by her, asking Colin to leave because it was a private conversation.
