  • Massacre in Kahndaq:
    • Ahk-Ton sends his men to punish Hurut's family. Hurut arrived too late to save his mother Shiruta, who was killed in front of his father Teth-Adam.[27]
    • As he sees his father die, Hurut chose to bestow upon him the powers he had received as champion in order to save his life, before dying killed by the soldiers.[27]
    • Teth-Adam seeks revenge and kills those who killed his family and unleashed the Seven Deadly Sins on the people of Kahndaq. As a result, the mass genocide killed millions of Kahndaqis and also caused the destruction of several other ancient civilizations.[25][28]

Atlantis itself would form its own kingdom while others, such as Xebel, the Kingdom of the Deserters, the Fishermen, the Trench, the Brine, and the Missing Kingdom were formed from breakaway factions.[7][36]
  • King Atlan, responsible for the cataclysm, goes into self-imposed exile in a deep pit in the Hidden Sea, but leaves behind a message in an artifact that can be displayed when put into its stand in the forge where his trident was made, in the Kingdom of the Deserters, that guides the true heir to the trident, telling them that they can unite above and below.[7][36]
