The Battle of Kahndaq was the final showdown between the Justice Society and Ishmael Gregor, who resurrected from Hell as Sabbac. Doctor Fate sacrificed his life at the same time Black Adam escaped from the Task Force X Black Site and helped to kill Sabbac.[1]
