The Battle at Necrus was the decisive encounter between the Forces of Atlantis and the Manta Men to rescue Arthur Curry, Jr. from the hands of Black Manta, engaging in a battle against the Necrus Zombies. As the battle raged, Arthur Curry and Orm Marius defeated David and prevented Kordax's revenge, destroying the Black Trident.
