Bartholomew Henry "Barry" Allen was the son of Henry and Nora Allen who ended up in prison.

Barry Allen was born as the son of Henry and Nora Allen. When Murmur became President, Barry Allen shared an article comparing the Murmur Administration to the Khmer Rouge, this coupled with Allen's debts led to his arrest. Allen was then forced to compete in the Midnight Circus, sharing a room with Captain Cold. When Barry Allen from another dimension traveled through the Multiverse he ended up in his own, possessing his body and competing for him at the Midnight Circus.[1]
