Alberto "Al" Falcone is a criminal based in Gotham City, the son of crime lord Carmine Falcone and the brother of Sofia Falcone. Seeking to become a known criminal in Gotham, Falcone stole a deadly virus from Gotham General Hospital alongside several mercenaries, being pursued by Batman who along with Wonder Woman and Flash would end up taking him into custody.

Alberto "Al" Falcone was born to an unknown woman and Carmine Falcone, being the brother of Sofia Falcone-Gigante. During his childhood, Falcone suffered from trauma, possibly having to do with problems within his family or abuse from his father. Falcone followed his father's steps and became a criminal, although he was not very well known but that was about to change.[1]

In 2022, Alberto Falcone sought to become a known criminal in Gotham City, so he gathered a group of mercenaries to infiltrate Gotham General Hospital, stealing a briefcase containing a deadly virus, before being confronted by Batman, who began chasing them from his Batcycle into the streets of Gotham, as the hospital collapsed. During the chase, Falcone noticed Batman throwing some spikes to divert the path, ordering his henchmen to finish him off to no avail, as after an explosion, Batman was able to enter the truck, severely hitting Falcone and scaring the driver.

As the truck headed into the sea beneath the Gotham Bridge, Falcone was rescued by Batman, who used his Grapple Gun to stop the virus from falling until Wonder Woman rescued them both with the Lasso of Hestia, and they were brought to the bridge. Due to being bound by the Lasso, Falcone confessed an uncomfortable truth, which was that like Batman, he also had childhood trauma, before they were able to remove the lasso and watch Wonder Woman fly away. After the Flash left, Falcone attempted to escape with the virus, but Batman easily took him down with a Batarang and brought him to justice.[1]

- In the comics, Al Falcone is the son of crime lord Carmine Falcone, who admitted to being the Gotham City serial killer, "Holiday Killer", even the original killers being Gilda Dent and her husband Harvey. Alberto was an outcast in the Falcone Crime Family, and a nonexistent part of his family business.
