"We made a vow to make the choices for you that you were incapable of making on your own, to save your people and your world, no matter how many lives it cost us. Murn disagreed with our methods. He didn't think we had the right to impose our will. But you're one of us, Christopher Smith."

Amanda Waller did not know the members of the team before the mission in Kahndaq, implying her team wasn't involved in the recruiting process. According to Zachary Levi, the Justice Society members Hawkman and Cyclone were originally going to appear in the Shazam! Fury of the Gods post-credits scene instead of Emilia Harcourt and John Economos. With Cyclone as an official member of the Justice Society, this definitely places Black Adam before Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
